Loose paving slabs

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later

Reported previously. Work actioned but nothing done since August!!! The paving slabs are loose and coming up, also makes a noise when someone walks/drives over them that can be heard inside property,this is also a trip hazard. This is also causing water to pool up towards the house and this is causing damp.
