Rubbish overflowing in bins and floor

Reported via mobile in the Refuse and recycling (Missed bin) category anonymously at 20:34, Wed 17 November 2021

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later

Over a month now: Bins overflowing, rubbish on floor, bins full for months and nobody seems to collect rubbish, these people should be fine they keep doing this over and over again and nothing is being done. Also I saw a rat in almost the rubbish and discovered a strong smell of Cannabis from the rubbish and property. This is not good as I have a new born baby and the last thing I want is to inhale that harmful smoke!
