Tarmac broken/sunken, exposing manhole on Main Street

On Main Street, near the Bennetts Close entrance - the tarmac around the manhole cover has broken/sunken. Exposing the corner of the manhole cover. Also the manhole cover is loose and makes a loud noise every time a vehicle drives over it.
