Leaves blocking drains

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later

The leaves have fallen and blocked the drains. We have this issue each year, and the drains blocked and houses get flooded. To prevent (another) costly cleanup if the leaves could be cleared this would be prevented.
