Traffic lights next from the Cooks Wharf House heading towards Cheddington

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later

The traffic lights stay on red for about 3 minutes (fine in the other direction) - this is causing a lot of frustration, as often there's nothing crossing in the other direction.
