Some workmen came and started digging up the pavementent at the bottom of my drive and garden on Thursday 5th November. I had not received any notification of this. Lights and barriers were put up to control the traffic. Nobody came on Friday, or over the weekend.Another group of people arrived on monday to fill in the trench that had been made along the pavement ;All the equipment was taken away. The pavement and surrounding area was not brushed or washed down .

Some workmen arrived on Thursday morning 5th November outside No 94 Green Hill. HW HP13 5QE. They could not tell me who they were working for. I had not been informed that I might be inconvenienced as a trench was to be dug right across my driveway from a manhole just to the left of my front garden to another manhole to the right of my front garden. It went right across my driveway and front garden. All the rubble was left on the pavement. Barriers and Traffic lights were erected no one came on Friday nor over the weekend. All the barriers were blown over in the wind. Some men returned on Monday. I did not see what they did as I needed to go out. When I got back they had left but they had not brushed or washed down the mess that they had created. It is now looking extremely unsightly. It would have been respectful to have contacted me to let me know of the inconvenience it would cause and I think it should have been cleaned and tidied up once the job was completed.
