Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later

Hedges on either side of Bull Lane so overgrown. Can’t tell if council owned or private. Lane is so narrow that you’re forced into hedge or middle of road. On such a winding lane near schools and tennis club where children walk…is unsurprising but very shocking
