Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later

A metal draincover has been badly damaged during recent resurfacing work. The jagged metal edge would puncture a tyre. The drain itself is blocked and creates a pool of water when it rains. But the cover itself is dangerous and needs replacing. Thank you.
