A footpath is blocked. A footpath that serves a community (Small Dean) assured by HS2 they would not be isolated. They have no safe foot access to Wendover, their closest centre. The railings are right on the edge of a busy road. They have already been used to push someone into the road into free flow traffic. (Incident reported). Unacceptable.
