Rear of properties 176/178 and 180

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later

There is an alleyway between the building of 176/178 that leads to the rear service road. This alleyway is used by the local undesirables and they leave all there rubbish which has now built up to unacceptable level encouraging rats into the area. I have personally paid in the past to have this area cleaned. It is a public walk way which leads to access to the rear of buisinesses and flats. Not nice. Please help to make this area a better place
