Drain is overflowing- filthy water running down the road

A few weeks ago there was a problem up the road with dirty and smelly water flowing down the road. A team came out from Thames water and they thought they had fixed it but when it rained next, another drain blocked up and so now there is foul water running down Lakes Lane again but just further south. This has been an issue for the last 4-5 days.
