Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later

Several house owners have started dumping the dead leaves from their trees in the road and gutters along Knights Templar Way. This is creating a drainage hazard; a slimy trip hazard for the schoolchildren and parents who pickup/ drop off here; and is an offence as they should be using their green bins like the rest of us. Please can these people be sanctioned or made to remove this fly tipped material as a matter of urgency. The more they get away with it, the more houses are starting to copy them.
