Dangerous repair to fence

Someone, who has little pride in their work, has replaced a piece of timber in the low rail fence and left the metal joining piece in a very bad state of repair. As you can see from the picture the contractor has not even bothered to put new nails in the holes and has left a series of very sharp edges at my grandson's head height! I hope you take the contractor to task over this and have them repair it properly at their expense. Map also pictured to show exact location.
