Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later

Water pouring out of cover flooding pa event and kerb forcing pedestrians to walk in road - this is major road A40. This is a very dangerous hazard and could cause major injury. Could also cause sinking/subsidence to footpath, a health and safety issue Also total waste of water. This has been a continuous problem for over 6 weeks and has been reported on numerous occasions.
