Good afternoon,

I have just spoken with one of your colleagues who is repairing the drain by the Hatchet a few doors down and was extremely helpful. He suggested writing in given the blocked drain (by the base of tree) which causes water to pool on the junction. He correctly also pointed out that it is damaging the road surface as water is pooling and also there is no grate over the drain and, as you can see from the photo, is overgrown and could be a hazard.
