Large potholes damaging my car

These potholes outside my house (21 Snowdrop Way, Widmer End) have already been filled in onve before and I was told that the whole section of road outside my house needed to be resurfaced. Now months down the line the potholes have reappeared. The section of road has still not been resurfaced. You can see the markings still of where they had intended to resurfaced the road. Everyone I drive in and out of my drive I cannot avoid the potholes and it is damaging the tyres of my car.
