Pedestrian crossing lights, A40 north/west outside M&S

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later

Pedestrian lights permanently on red. Vehicle lights permanently on green. Has been this way for several days now. Only on the M&S/Eden side. Other side of the A40 is fine.
