I am now trying to restore this orchard and would be really grateful if you could offer advice on improving visibility from our drive I have politely asked the neighbour for safety purposes if he would cut back the verge by 1 meter which is overgrown - without any active response I wonder whether this would be in the remit of highways verge management or what you would suggest next - many thanks for you kind consideration of this matter. I have asked for the installation of a public bin at the bus stop which I hope might improve the local litter issues but that has been done on another ticket I am striving to tidy up this delightful conservation area in general
