Abandoned car blocking path for prams / wheelchair users / restricting access for emergency vehicles

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later

Silver mercedes - AO02 LNY - left abandoned halfway on the pavement and roadway. Owner not a local resident to request removal when required. I have seen an elderly gentleman with a zimmer frame having to walk in the road way due to this vehicle - there is no option to move around it due to solid fencing. Please can double yellow lines be considered on this part of Neville Close as I am now concerned about emergency vehicle access to my elderly father.
