Waiting for fixing noisy manhole covers for 4 months

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later

We've reported 2 noisy manhole covers about 6 times altogether to both council and Thames Water and nobody is doing anything about it. We can't sleep and can't work from home as they are so loud.

At least what you should do is contact people when they report problems and not ignore them. We did everything that was advised but it looks like council only cares about receiving taxes each months and not fixing issues.
