Private and public dumping in an overflowing skip = Flytipping taking place at 57 Dukes Wood Drive. New home owner / developer has left this skip overflowing, and now with animal faeces bags inside, insulation and other harmful materials and substances dumped around skip. Result is the skip is spilling rubbish and litter onto street and footpath (public space) and creating a hazardous situation for others. Also an issue with foxes and other vermin/rodents
