Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later

Dead and decaying large willow trees within falling distance of highway, 100m further East is a smaller dead elm. The trees have been dead for about two years and will collapse near the highway in strong winds unless felled. Not sure whose land they stand on.
