Behind the fence of 20 Bodenham Close MK187HR

This was previously reported, however report closed with no action having been taken.
The previous owner has removed large tree branches which have been dumped behind the fence which are leaning against the fence pushing it forward. I have attached a winch to help protect the fence from collapse.
Additionally, this area has also been used to dump years and years worth of vegetation which is piled up so high it is at the top of the fence causing rotting issues on the wood fence.
This area is difficult to access from the path behind the house as it is behind overgrown weeds probably caused by the years of dumping vegetation.
I require a team with a chipper to come and clear the area. Some of the tree branches are very large and will require a chainsaw to chop into smaller pieces to remove or put through the chipper.
Please knock on my door when you arrive and I can show you the view from behind my fence and explain the problem I need help with please.
