In residents parking area opposite Chelsea Rd

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later

Broken down white mini bus blocking access to residents parking. This vehicle is parked at an angle with its offside rear corner jutting out into the carriageway, causing a blind spot for vehicles approaching the bend. This is also on a bus route. I consider this a danger to road safety.
