Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later

Rubbish needs to be removed/ collected please. Rubbish bin located in Chalfont St Peter opposite Community Centre in SL9 9QX near a bench behind hedge just at the beginning of Gravel Hill before the Parish Council offices. We receive several complaints about this location not being collected on a weekly basis. (I wonder if maybe because it is hidden behind a hedge it gets inadvertently forgotten?)
