4/5 worn areas and pothole on Heath Lawn slip rd

Reported via mobile in the Road surface category anonymously at 16:01, Thu 16 September 2021

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3006042.

Over a while the road surface (stone area) has been wearing away. The stone area is lower in places to the tarmac area causing a dip in levels. Have seen a child take a nasty tumble off their bike when wheel slid over the uneven surface and many people are tripping up and down this when walking. There is a unrepaired area between 16 & 17 Heath Lawn that was dug up for investigations and never filled in, this causes a lot of issues and should never have been left un filled after whatever work was done.
