Traffic light system causing major disruption on Broad St.

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later

Traffic light system in place is causing a lot of congestion along Broad St. up to 1.5 miles - am reporting that little work seems to be happening here. Please can this be looked into asap as this is causing a lot of inconvenience to people.
