Lights still not working
Reported via desktop in the Street light not working category anonymously at 20:56, Tue 7 September 2021

LC019 and LC20, do not work. LC20 has been faulty for years and yet is never fixed! You claim that these lights have been fixed, no that haven't. https://www.fixmystreet.com/ report/ 2932449

Thank you for reporting this problem, which has been investigated. The repair process has identified that there is a fault with the electricity supply and an order has been issued to the relevant supplier to repair.

You quote "The repair process has identified that there is a fault with the electricity supply and an order has been issued to the relevant supplier to repair". These lights have been faulty for a number of years and as such, I feel this is unacceptable. I'd say these lights have been faulty for at least 3 years and you and I both know that it doesn't take this long to repair such. I'd appreciate that this be flagged as a matter of urgency, as this area, especially opposite, is exceptionally dark and dangerous at night when I am walking my dog down the slope. With the darker nights coming, I won't be the only one worrying where I walk.
