4 blocked drains causing flooding regularly

For the last 5 years every time it rains this road becomes badly flooded and impassable for the hundreds of walkers and runners who use it. Please can the council after asking hundreds of times unblock the drains without sending out a message to say ‘ problem resolved’ because it is NOT
