Paul's Hill road. Just past Gatemoor Grange gates on right of road, and then also further down the road on right beside the next gate you come across.

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later

Just past Gatemoor Grange's gates there's a number of large bags plus a post office letter's sack, which seem to have varying contents, including greenary. Continue further down Paul's hill for a few more minutes until you reach the next gate on your right (has barbed wire), and there are also at least three black bin liners with unknown contents. (Presumably organic because they are seething with maggots).
