Outside Buckingham Tailors 7a Castle Street Buckingham, metal drain cover in road cracked/split and falling in.

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later

Marked yesterday as closed due to issue not being found, I don't know how much clearer the directions need to be, if you stand in the main doorway of Buckingham Tailors 7a Castle Street Buckingham and look into the road directly in front of you will be a cracked drain lid in the road about 6 to 8 feet from you. Please could you advise how this was missed, I don't know how clearer the directions need to be?
