Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later

Light flashes especially in wet weather. This light has been repaired many times over the last few years with exactly the same problem. The contractors replace the fitting at the top of the post but even on the same day it is repaired the problem persists. Currently neighbours have given up on reporting and so has gone on since last repair. Problem now interrupts sleep with flashing.
