Public footpath between 45 and 51, Rothschild Avenue, HP22 5LY

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later

Photographs attached. Roots of tree at no.45 raising pathway and edging on flower bed at no.51, causing extreme trip hazard and possible damage to water meters. This is exacerbated when dark (deliveries, post, visitors, etc) as lamp-post at end of of footway not working and there is no other lighting on this footpath.
