Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2968003.
Tree is wildly overgrown at the bottom meaning you can't access the foot path. My two year old daughter also fell off her biker due to the lower branches sticking out. I have raised this concern a few weeks ago and was told a tree surgeon will be looking into this. This is now a health and safety issue and the fact that my daughter had hurt herself due to the council not maintaining the public footway I will be speaking to my solicitor as this is not acceptable.
