Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later

The property drains onto the footway and carriageway. In winter the water freezes across the footway and half the carriageway. Last winter it caused several pedestrian accidents. It is on a blind bend with cars often parked just to the south so the it is likely tol cause a bigger accident unless the problem is fixed before winter.

    Winter has arrived this morning and as predicted the water has frozen. As I approached by car a woman swung a pushchair out into the carriageway to avoid the damaged footway. Perhaps the estimated repair time is not soon enough since a serious accident could occur any day.
