Pathway between Hughenden Valley and the manor
Reported via mobile in the Hedge problem category by Wendy Read at 23:07, Wed 18 August 2021
Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later
The grass was cut a few weeks ago near the manor but has since grown alot. The hedge however was not cut. The stinging nettles are growing across the path despite me attempting to chop them back to avoid getting stung. All this means you can't cycle or run along this path which is very annoying. Also further down the path near the roundabout the hedge has grown over the path meaning you have to step onto the road to get by. The whole hedge needs trimming back completely to make it a usable path. A long term solution needs to be found as any minor trimming only solves the problem temporarily. Also any narrowing of this path makes it very dangerous to use with fast oncoming traffic.
