3 streetlights not working on Coronation Villas, HP21 7RN

Streetlights LC01, LC02 & LC04 on Coronation Villas, HP21 7RN have been out of action for many months. This is the footpath outside the houses next to the canal. The whole lamp on LC01 has disappeared, the others probably just need new bulbs.
