Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2863263.
There are two drains opposite each other on each side of the access road that runs parallel to London Road East at HP7 9DP (GPS coordinates 51.65911689443404, -0.5908070305257199) . The drain closest to the 50mph speed restriction sign is completely blocked, overgrown with grass and no longer visible. Please see the uploaded photographs for the location.
