As listed previously on reference 40163967 you have closed this case and asked for my contact details which I have uploaded on line - you emailed to say you would arrange for the area technician to contact me for a site visit to see how we could improve safety for the access driveway I had suggested signage , or possibly ? looking at cutting back neighbour over hanging plants or mirrors - forgive me if incorrect I did not know whether I needed to open this new reference number to have technician contact me ??
