O/s number 7

Reported via mobile in the Footpath / pavement problem category anonymously at 13:58, Tue 15 June 2021

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later

The pavement surface has completely eroded down to the subbase and is very uneven with chunks of concrete and tarmac loose. My son has fell slipping hurting his knee over half term and it looks like it is only getting worse.

In general the pavement on Highfield Road is in a terrible state with overgrown verges shortening the width down by 30/50 cm making it difficult for wheel chair users to navigate the pavement. There is broken tarmac down both sides of the road and the pavement would really benefit from resurfacing.

It would be great if the council could come and have a look/site visit and consider these works before anyone has a serious fall.

Thank you.

  • Hello, is there an update on this works?

This footpath is in a terrible state. Nearly all the tarmac has eroded in various patches in front of most peoples drives. The footpath in general is overgrown and in a dangerous state of disrepair.

Happy to meet with the council to point out the issues.

    Thanks

    James
