Crossroad ahead sign on Thame Road in between Anxey Way and Dollicott turn off

The low height of the sign on the grass verge is dangerous for pedestrians. In the past year my brother in law, father in law and husband have all hit and cut their head on it. Tonight was the most serious incident. My husband was running to catch up with my daughter and collided with the sign (which is just above eye level for a lot of adults). It completely floored him, leaving our young child unsupervised on a busy road. My husband has a large gash on his head and couldn't get up for a few minutes. Please, please change the height or positioning of this sign before someone suffers a more serious head injury or worse. Thank you.
