Pavement outside 21 Shelley Road

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2523470.
Pavement damaged by large building supplies delivery lorry on 3rd February 2021. Outrigger of lorry created a hole in the pavement which is now a significant trip hazard.
Also, the crossover between 19 and 21 Shelley Road has disintegrated to gravel. Months ago this issue was apparently marked by Highway surveyor but no action has been taken.
