Damaged pole left in the ground.

This sign was knocked down and removed before Christmas. The remaining stump along with electrical cables have been left in situ. I have attempted to cover the offending stump with a cone, but someone keeps taking the cone away. The stump is dangerous to cyclists and pedestrians and likely to cause damage to my contractors equipment when they start grass cutting again in the Spring. Please remove the metal stump, make the electric safe and if you so desire replace the sign.
