Drainage ditch blocked on North End Road

The drainage ditch o/s 28, North End Road, Steeple Claydon MK18 2PG is blocked and causing a lot of water to flow across the road, see pictures. This is causing local flooding on the road and will be very dangerous when the temperature drops causing ice on the road.
