I am very worried that the drain cover will collapse as it is already sinking and a car wheel will get stuck in it.

I am very worried that the drain cover will collapse as it is already sinking and a car wheel will get stuck in it. The exact location is outside 18 Garners Rd, Chalfont St Peter SL9 0EZ. I would estimate this has got progressively worse over the last 12 months.
