A fence with a gate has suddenly appeared by the side of a property (enclosing 2 trees) at the turning to Tinterne Close. About a month ago a metal fence appeared now this. If this is a land grab what's to stop other people grabbing land by the side of their property that has been like that for 45 years. Sure this is not legit.
