Pothole in middle of junction

Hello, There is a pothole in the middle of junction of Templewood Lane and Templewood Park. This is causing cyclists, walkers & drivers major problems. Someone local has tried to fill that hole with gravel. Sadly with recent rain, the gravel just moves away. Please kindly fix this. Thank you.
