Tree roots breaking up pathway. Raised area is a trip hazard and will soon cause damage to our property

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council 9 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1968151.

This has been getting steadily worse over the past two years and is now near the edge of our property, and likely damage being make to our driveway soon. It is very raised, the picture isnt too clear. This is a trip hazard

  • This problem is getting worse. Kids are now using it in the evening as a skateboard ramp. The noise from them is distressing. If they fall against my car and scratch it, or they fall and injure themselves, who do we claim against. My driveway is about to touched and damaged, i will be looking to yourselves for the costs of repairs
