Blocked Culvert, 100mm deep flooding for 10+ metre

Reported in the Blocked drain category anonymously at 11:03, Fri 17 January 2020

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council 4 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1944387.

For over 2 years we have had this problem (and I've reported it twice already). The culvert under the verge has collapsed. Heavy rain causes the road to flood, plus recent deluges have added to the water with runoff from adjacent fields. The water runs in a meter wide stream down the roadside for 50+ meters before it can disperse into the ditch that is a continuation of the culvert. The culvert was surveyed independently during the planning application for Petford Lea, and the report shown camera images of the blocked culvert. Here https://publicaccess.aylesburyvaledc.gov.uk/ online-applications/ applicationDetails.do?activeTab=documents&keyVal=PE66WACLGHI00 and look for Drainage Report prepared by Midland Survey for GeoSmart.
