On the A4128 bridge over the railway line at Great Missenden. Road surface disintegrating. NB this is not the fault recently repaired twice, this is a new problem

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1863146.

Disintegration of surface in both directions of travel over the bridge. Loose tarmac and aggregate creating a skid hazard. Will be a pothole very quickly unless addressed.
